Shipping Policy:

At Hamvak, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

Orders will be shipped via DHL, and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

At Hamvak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hamvak.com or info@obscure-disharmony.de with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
